MEGAN DE KLERK

HEAD MUSE AND BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGIST

Megan is a Certified Business Psychologist and has spent her 20 year career analysing and transforming organisations globally, focusing on de-constructing the complexity of human behaviour and igniting the psychology of creativity.

Megan is registered with the British Psychological Society for ability and personality psychometrics and Association for Business Psychology. Megan holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Leadership, and an M.Sc. in Occupational and Business Psychology.

As an Association of Business Psychologists Award Finalist for excellence in change management, Megan understands how to establish a culture of collective commitment to drive clear results and strategic outcomes. Her abilities to get under the skin of an individual’s motivations, goals and barriers makes her a highly regarded coach and leadership development expert in her field.

SHRAVYA MANGALORE HARISH

ASSIOCIATE MUSE AND BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGIST

Shravya is a Business Psychologist with a knack for People & Organisations Advisory and HR. Her experience includes learning and development, DEI research, project management, and employee well-being.

A celebrated public speaker, Shravya has bagged accolades for her presentation prowess. She is also a proud recipient of the prestigious Kingston Gold Award, which honours individuals who go above and beyond in their academic and professional pursuits. 

Driven by a passion for diagnosing and solving complex problems, Shravya delivers evidence-based, sustainable solutions. Her interests in management consulting, organisational research, and HR, fuel her dedication to driving positive change and organisational success. Following her interests in organisational research, she is currently pursuing a PhD in the area of refugees and their work experience.
